RESEARCH-BACKED INGREDIENTS:

Our formula contains scientifically-backed ingredients that help you fall asleep and help repair your sleep cycle long-term:

Melatonin

Melatonin plays an important role in when we fall asleep and when we wake up. Darkness stimulates the release of melatonin and light suppresses its activity. Normal melatonin cycles are disrupted when we are exposed to excessive light in the evening or too little light during the daytime. Melatonin supports sleep onset, quality of sleep, increased Rapid Eye Movement time, deep sleep and dreaming.* These changes demonstrate better quality sleep, which produces greater mental, physical and emotional rejuvenation.* Melatonin can decrease the amount of time required to fall asleep, increase the number of sleeping hours and support daytime alertness.* Melatonin may improve quality of life in those who suffer from insomnia.*Melatonin supports sleep quality to help balance sleep/wake cycles and maintain normal physical and mental health, including positive mood states.*

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) – Helps the body convert food into fuel, metabolise fats and proteins, maintain proper functioning of nerves, and produce red blood cells. Taking Vitamin B6 Before Bed Could Help You Remember Your Dreams.

L-Tryptophan – Helps increase serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin is a precursor to melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleep. Helps decrease the amount of time it takes to fall asleep and improve mood in healthy people with sleep problems.*

VALERIAN – Helps reduce the amount of time it takes to fall asleep by about 15 to 20 minutes.* Improves sleep quality.* Helps improve sleep when combined with other herbs, including hops and lemon balm.*

GOJI (WOLFBERRY) – Improves various quality of life measures. Energy, quality of sleep, mental function, bowel regularity, mood, and feelings of contentment seem to improve.*

CHAMOMILE – Helps increase sleepiness by increasing levels of a neurotransmitter called GABA.* Helps improve overall sleep quality by shortening the time it takes to fall asleep and decreasing nighttime awakenings.*

lEMON BALM – Has traditionally been used to not only support a healthy stress response, but also to promote healthy sleep habits.* This particular lemon balm extract is standardized to 6% rosmarinic acid and combines the power of herbals with an innovative bioassay-guided technology.* In clinical research, lemon balm has been shown to support a calm, positive mood, memory, focus and learning.*

PASSION FLOWER – Helps improve overall sleep quality.* Also, passionflower in conjunction with valerian root and hops may reduce symptoms of insomnia.*

L-TAURINE – Helps reduce cortisol levels and increases the production of GABA, which is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter—our bodies’ natural “off” switch.*
HOPS – Helps improve sleep. Scientific research shows that hops with its natural sedative effects, can increase sleep time.*

ST. john‘s Wort – Helps increase serotonin within the brain. Serotonin has a calming effect on the brain and is further broken down into melatonin, an important neurotransmitter for having a good night’s sleep.
gaba – Is one of the most abundant neurotransmitters in the CNS. As a supplement,
it acts as a neurotransmitter to support normal nerve transmission and relaxation in
the brain.*

Skullcap – Is used for trouble sleeping (insomnia), anxiety, stroke, and paralysis caused by stroke. It is also used for fever, high cholesterol, “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis), rabies, epilepsy, nervous tension, allergies, skin infections, inflammation, and spasms.*

L-theanine – Helps people fall asleep more quickly and easily at bedtime, thanks to the relaxation boost it delivers.* Helps improve the quality of sleep—not by acting as a sedative, but by lowering anxiety and promoting relaxation.*

Ashwagandha – In order to truly support long term balance of the sleep cycle, it is essential to support the circadian rhythm, which is accomplished effortlessly by the evidence based.* This ingredient contains active constituents called glycowithanolides, which mimic certain corticosteroids, supporting healthy cortisol levels.*

Inositol – Helps balance certain chemicals in the body to possibly help with mental conditions such as panic disorder, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.* It might also help insulin work better.*

5-HTP – Helps produce serotonin, a chemical messenger that sends signals between your nerve cells.* Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays a key role in regulating mood and sleep-wake cycles.* Promotes sleep by increasing melatonin production, an important sleep-regulating hormone.*

Yuuto® NITE NITE – Natural Sleep Aid may be a useful dietary supplement for:

  • People with sleeping problems who want to fight them and feel more relaxed when they wake up;

  1. Susana

Only sleeping pills I will take. Love them, I make sure I can sleep at least 8 hours if I take them and I never wake up groggy or gross feeling. Knocks me out fast.

  2. Daniella Best

I bought NITE NITE to help me sleep and it has helped me sleep all through the night, but it has also helped me deal with stress. I have been really tightly wound and felt my blood pressure sky rocket and irritable for sometimes what it felt for no reason. This supplement has given me a sense of peace. I am almost out so I bought another bottle.
